Introduction:
Properties: White flaky,blocky or powdery solid at room temperature. Consist of saturated fatty acids, mainly C16 and C18. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene and carbon disulfide, easily soluble in hot ethanol. Non-toxic and odorless. Has the general chemical properties of organic carboxylic acid.
Use: Used in rubber vulcanizer, plastic heat stabilizer, lubricating grease, textile softener, chemical fiber oiling agent, antistatic agent and food emulsifier. Used as the raw material in the production of high class soap and cosmetic detergent and various surfactants and waxes, etc.
